One Off Sessions

Please note that payments for one off sessions must be made at the time of booking. No session can be booked until the payment has been made in full.

Option 1 - 1-1 Personal Training

This is your iconic personal training service in which we will work together to reach your health and fitness goals. This service is completely personal and bespoke to you.

This service comes in an option of a 30-minute session or a 60-minute session.

30-minute session= £20
60-minute session= £40

Option 2 - Partnered Sessions.

Want to improve your health and fitness levels and spend time with friends at the same time? Then this is for you!

You and a friend can train together with a fitness professional and split the cost!

Again, these sessions are available in 30-minute sessions and 60-minute sessions.

30-minute session= £25 (£12.50 each)

60-minute session= £50 (£25 each)

What is personal training?

Personal training is a service provided by a fitness professional to work 1-1 with the client to ensure that the client is getting the most out of their training sessions.

The personal trainer will ensure that all exercises are performed safely and effectively to help prevent injury and allow the client to gain the most progress out of the given exercise possible. It is also down to the personal trainer to discover what works for the individual client. What exercises they enjoy, what exercises they don’t enjoy, how hard they need to work to reach their goals, as well as motivating the client and helping them feel comfortable within the gym.

Some people may be completely new to fitness and require everything from a personal trainer such as support, motivation, exercise and technique teaching, nutritional guidance, rest/recovery advice, training programming and constructive feedback. some may just feel more confident working with a trainer and some may just need a little extra motivation to help push them that extra inch. All of which are completely acceptable.
