Firstly I would like to thank Jake for everything he’s done for me over the last 16 weeks.
I started working with Jake to start a 16 week photoshoot prep. Knowing Jake made it a no brainier to choose him to coach me during this time; alongside his outstanding knowledge and abilities.
Jake was true to his word about 24/7 support. At any given time he was only a text away for whatever I needed, questions, quarries, anything. With Jake I had weekly check-ins where he could adapt my plan from the photos I sent him. This meant we were always up to date and well on our way to achieving our goal.
During my ‘peak week’ leading up to the photoshoot Jake and I were in contact daily with, weigh-in’s, diet updates and workout updates each changing accordingly to whatever Jake saw necessary. I think myself and Jake brought the best condition I’ve personally ever had and can’t wait to continuing to work with Jake within the upcoming months to add so mass to my physique.

I’ve gone through personal trainers like bad dates over the last 20 or so years. Jake is the only one I’ve managed to stick with in all that time which is around four months so far. I use Jake three times a week and I find him to be attitude free, friendly and a good laugh. He knows his stuff but explains the training in language I can understand. No fuss just decent down to earth advice and training. Don’t be fooled by his calm approach tho... some days I’ve struggled to walk out of the gym after one of his surprise work outs. Worth it though. Can’t recommend him enough.

Since training with Jake I feel that I no longer go to the Gym thinking about what to do next! I trained with Jake for 7 months and even outside of our sessions I had his full support, whether it was questions regarding diet or whether it was questions regarding training he was always there to give me answers. Jake helped me set targets and kept me motivated during our sessions even when I felt I wasn’t at my best. Jake has given me the motivation to want to train (to the point I feel guilty when I can’t/don’t go) and I will never stop again!

Well what can I say about Jake lemon? I guess the proof is in the pudding…

Jake is approachable, stern but fair, and helps you accomplish your goals.

He may tease you with tales of his amazing meals out after he puts you on a diet! However, the diet he puts you on include your favourite foods?! How does that work?!

Jake has been here every step of my journey so far and is always at the end of a phone offering support and advice! Basically, I couldn’t have done it without him!

Since meeting Jake, it's the first time I have enjoyed training in the gym. Not only do the sessions with Jake fly by he is also given me masses of confidence and knowledge to train on my own around our sessions. I went to Jake with the idea of losing fat and toning up and not only have I achieved that he has given me the determination and drive needed to live a healthy lifestyle and be confident within myself. I feel that since training with Jake I massively increased in fitness and I have been pushed each week to improve with my strength training which came hand in hand with losing fat and toning my body. Overall I have thoroughly enjoyed my 8 weeks with Jake and would recommend his knowledge and skill to everyone!!

Have been with Jake now for around 3 months ... he has changed the way I think about the gym and also changed the mentality of how I work in the gym. His sessions are very well organised and structured to suit what I want to achieve and also had adapted around my injury’s to maximise my effort in during the session.
